Folds Not Gills

I scanned the undersides of yellowfoot chanterelles/tubies (Cantharellus tubaeformis) to illustrate that chanterelles have folds, rather than gills. This distinctive feature can be used to identify the members of this family of tasty, edible wild mushrooms. I pick 5 varieties locally.
