Chanterelles

For this composition, I used a collection of delicious chanterelles (Cantharellus cibarius) I foraged. I collect 5 species of chanterelles in my area, all excellent edibles. This type sometimes has a fruity aroma. It is prized in many areas of the world for its culinary qualities.
